For 11 years, I navigated the fast-paced world of food truck operations, and for 15 years, I managed a successful catering business. While my food truck days are now behind me, those decades of experience have given me a deep understanding of the industry. I am well-versed in the rigorous standards and appropriate channels necessary to ensure that everything coming out of my kitchen is held to the highest bar of safety and quality.
Today, I am proud to run my cottage food bakery out of a fully equipped commercial kitchen. My focus has shifted toward constant research—finding new ways to make our food healthier and more accessible without ever sacrificing flavor.
